	MSF can attend to most callouts within 2 working days, although for customers who hold a service agreement we provide free emergency callouts, and out of hours service, and telephone support in the event of equipment failure.

	MSF aim to exceed our customers expectations in all areas of our service, to provide our services at rates among the most competetive in the marketplace.
